Appointment Cancellation Policy for qCrisis
At qCrisis, we strive to provide flexible and client-centric support while ensuring the best use of our resources. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance the needs of our clients and our team of professionals.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines
- 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

2. Late Cancellation or No-Show Policy
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation. In such cases:
- A cancellation fee of 20% may be charged.
- Prepaid sessions will be forfeited.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend a session without prior notice:
- The session will be marked as a no-show.
- No refunds will be provided for prepaid sessions.
3. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency (e.g., illness, accident), please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy
- For Prepaid Sessions or Packages:
- Cancelled sessions with proper notice will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- For Subscription Plans: Refunds for subscription plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the number of sessions already utilized.
5. Rights to Modify or Cancel Appointments
qCrisis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as counsellor unavailability. In such cases:

- You may choose to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
